You must now enter a reimbursement method on eBay or your listings will fail with a 240 error message.
To add the reimbursement method go to ebay and then here:
My ebay > Account > Personal info > Reimbursement payment method > Add
Once you do that, your listings will launch.

We are happy to announce that we have just released our Parts & Accessories Compatibility, aka "Fitments". If you are not familiar with Fitments, you will learn how they can help your listings and your exposure in searches. To learn more about them, you can visit eBay's Compatibility pages: http://apps.motors.ebay.com/compatibility/
How can I access Fitments in inkFrog?
This is very easy to do. Simply choose a Parts & Access. category (which support Fitments), and our system will show you the Fitments module directly on the lister for you to use.
How can I update Fitments in bulk?
We are working now on releasing a Global for fitments - We hope to have this released within the next few weeks. For now, you can revise your listings one at a time in our system (click on the title of the listing you want to revise in any section) and add fitments.

You can also upgrade from the Smart Lister tab directly (or from one of the banners on the lister). Below is a list of the new, available plans:
plans include 2GB of image space, unlimited listing, scheduling, and full use of inkFrog with no limitations:
We are very excited about this release as a large % of our users list on international sites and to eBay Motors Parts & Accessories. The use of this data will also help us build and create more innovative decision engines for our Smart Lister users to ensure better success on eBay.
Already thousands of users are actively using our Smart Lister and having great success. We will be continually improving this product to ensure it returns more accurate results as well as other important decisions for our users.
On another note, we have also have also greatly streamlined our listing flow process when using our Smart Lister research. The research is now manually controlled by the user, instead of auto generated. Thus, you can manually control when you want research to generate so it doesn't slow your listing creation process down.
We hope you enjoy the updates and we look forward to a prosperous Xmas season and 2011. We believe our "Smart" tools will be the future of listing online and will ensure our sellers have the greatest success.

As many of you know, July 27th is the deadline to ensure all of your listings include an item condition! This is extremely important for live listings that are set to auto relist and/or GTC listings that auto relist. The good news is it's very easy to revise your listings to ensure they have an item condition. We have also created a new Global for Item Condition that you can use to update your listings in bulk.
Note: In the email we sent out, it was said that ALL categories are affected by the item condition option. We apologize for the miscommunication on that. Not all categories are affected (most of them are). Some categories like Pottery and Glass are excluded from this. Here is a link to eBay's condition requirement categories:
http://pages.ebay.com/sellerinformation/news/itemconditionlookup.html
Go to globals and create a global rule and create one for item condition.
Then go to your listings and check them off.
Then click options > apply global, and choose the global rule that you created.
If you have any further questions on how to use this global, please contact our support by either submitting a ticket above, or using the live help option.
